AEE is an international organisation that reviews and accredits Outdoor Educational Organisations who meet their international standards. The standards – over 250 of them – look at all areas of operation to ensure the viability of the organisation.

How will a course benefit
my business? 

Through activities and reviews, participants will be more aware of things they need to do less of and more of as individuals and teams – application back at work will increase efficiency; people should have more confidence to lead and speak up and take on new tasks; people will work as part of a high functioning team and achieve a lot more together.

Why do we do these activities? 

Outdoor activities bring people together in a new, unfamiliar situation that bonding, which will transfer to the working situation. The activities are rich in managerial, leadership, and organizational tasks; also the need for good communication, personal contribution, and challenge for the group and individuals. 

Can I be involved in designing the programme? 

Yes! 
We can run a wide range of activities and set up some activities in different ways to challenge participants to emphasize certain aspects of teamwork or leadership. We welcome collaboration in the design stage, whilst we must have the final say based on our educational experience in delivering the best programme for clients, and logistic issues.
