Meet Teresa Ko, the Face of Courage!
Supported by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer,
she will take up a huge challenge on Nov 24 - to abseil from 1000ft at the iconic One Island East.
HK Vertical 1000 is not just a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step out of their comfort zone, but also the chance to fundraise for a local charity - Outward Bound Hong Kong and its work to #FutureProofYOUth.
Listen to her story:
I am doing this abseil to raise funds to sponsor more youths in Hong Kong to do Outward Bound courses. I strongly believe in the power of outdoor education to build resilience, confidence and a sense of self. Outward Bound has great tutors , trainers and staff to guide and inspire those who can join their course . I want many more to have this experience . So please donate generously , every dollor counts ! 🙏🙏🙏
For myself , I would like to finish what I had decided to do in 2019 and hopefully land on my two feet at the end of the abseil elegantly ! 😝
Every Dollar Counts
Donate to support Teresa and Outward Bound
