Fun Team Engagement with Charitable & Sustainability initiatives to #FutureProofTEAM
Since 1986, organizations from all sectors have looked forward to this annual fundraising event. It's a great opportunity to network and have a great team-building time with your teammates playing challenging, fun games while raising funds for Outward Bound to #FutureProofYOUth.
Through the event of action, prizes and laughter, we aim to future proof your team, developing their future skills in resilience, confidence, compassion, social skills and environmental responsibility. It also provides a unique opportunity for the team to interact outside of office hours.
Colleagues and friends of the participating organisations are all welcome to join in and cheer on the teams in the form of a parade or cheer team competition to foster a friendly workplace relationship.

Our young people are our future. We have a responsibility to ensure that they are adequately prepared for their future.
The benefits of providing quality outdoor experiential education are well known and every Hong Kong youth deserves to benefit so that they can be part of Hong Kong's successful future. A recent report showed that every $1 invested in an Outward Bound experience returned $13 in social benefits during the participants' lifetime.
